Mediterranean Box

MENU

4 open-faced tartine sandwiches made with fresh artisan olive oil panini.

  • Creamy local burrata with heirloom tomatoes, Wombat Valley basil pesto, and a drizzle of aged balsamic glaze.

  • Meredith Dairy marinated goat's cheese with crisp Williams pear, toasted walnuts, and pure Australian leatherwood honey.

  • House-whipped chickpea hummus on baby spinach, topped with Sicilian olives and a dusting of za'atar.

  • Thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma with fresh mozzarella and wild rocket tossed in cold-pressed olive oil and lemon zest.

Every box is finished with a graze of Sicilian olives, aged vintage cheddar, fresh sourdough, and a toasted walnut and rosemary garnish.

The Vibers Classic Sandwich Box

2 whole sandwiches cut into 4 halves per box — all 4 flavours available

  • Thick-cut premium leg ham, Swiss cheese, tangy dill pickles, and smooth mayonnaise on fresh artisan brioche.

  • Pulled chicken breast with whole-grain Dijon mustard and fresh peppery wild rocket on fresh artisan brioche.

  • Basil seed pesto with smoky grilled eggplant and crisp wild rocket, inside a fragrant olive oil panini roll. (VG, dairy-free)

  • Crisp falafel on smooth chickpea hummus, topped with tomatoes, Chtoura pickled pink turnips, and a drizzle of aromatic tahini inside an olive oil panini roll. (VG).

Every box comes with a seasonal fruit side of fresh strawberries, mandarin segments, and apple slices.
